Brightlove 1.0

Brightlove is a 2D platformer and runner that emphasizes themes of kindness and proactive engagement, offering a noteworthy departure from the violence commonly found in mobile gaming. The game promotes positive interactions and incorporates a reward system for acts of kindness, fostering a more inspiring gaming experience.

Players assume the role of Cece, an inquisitive blob committed to revitalizing her environment. The game features engaging levels that combine platforming challenges with relaxing word scramble puzzles, all set within a vibrant world inhabited by charming, blob-like creatures. This thoughtful approach introduces a refreshing perspective to the genre, encouraging players to contribute positively to their virtual community.

Brightlove was crafted by Anna, a 17-year-old finalist in Google Play’s Change the Game Design Challenge. Through collaboration with Girls Make Games, Anna partnered with their development team to bring her conceptual ideas into playable form.
